Our Fabric & Finish Studio™ service provides you with a robust online fabric and finish catalog.
The features in this offering are designed to help your customers and their customers during the specification and selection process.
Increasingly, your customers expect to have the features we provide. We can deliver the following capabilities to you at a fraction of what they would cost to develop on your own.
Open Example Fabric & Finish Studio™
Let your customers browse your finishes by category. Whether it’s panel fabrics, seating fabrics, vinyl, paint, wood finishes, flooring, or wall coverings, your customers become inspired by quickly reviewing samples and color options.
Your customers will be able to search using a few powerful criteria, such as product category, color family, and pattern type. Our search facility will save your customers hours by freeing them from paging through book after book.
When your customers are interested in a particular material, they will be able to scale up, zoom in, and see the sample in three different kinds of lighting, and view all material physical specifications and care recommendations.
We offer a simple, fast way to provide traditional samples too. Your customers simply add their ‘short list’ of materials to a sample cart and click to order the samples via our service. We provide the sample order, route portions of the order to any mix of fulfillment sources, and send the sales lead to your sales staff.
If your customer’s deadline is too tight for memo samples to arrive, our system can provide a POD Sample™ on the fly, complete with specifications and imbedded material image. Your customer can put a POD Sample™ on their design board in lieu of a physical sample. A POD Sample™ information sheet can also become a control document for a spec book, or part of a work order to assure proper fabrics and finishes are applied on the factory floor.
Our service allows your customers to quickly and easily collaborate with their clients and coworkers through our Project feature. Your customers collect a group of candidate fabrics and finishes and then invite their clients and coworkers to review choices, and make notes, suggestions, and changes. This is another huge savings in time and expense you will provide your customers with our service.
